  • 2Eggs Yolk
  • 2Whole Eggs
  • PinchSalt
  • PinchSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Both eggs mixed and stirring with pinch of salt/sugar

  2. 2

    Add in 500ml cooking oil into the wok and temperature control abt 30⁰C

  3. 3

    Start to pour eggs slowly and keep stirring from warm oil

  4. 4

    After completing pouring the eggs, time to increase the heat to Stir-fried until the eggs become crispy.
