Ingredients

14 cookies
  • 200 gcrunchy peanut butter
  • 80 gcaster sugar
  • 1medium egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine peanut butter and sugar.

  2. 2

    Add egg and mix thoroughly.

  3. 3

    Take a tbsp of mixture and shape into a ball with hands and flatten with a fork. They spread only slightly.

    Pop into a preheated oven flat 180C for 5-8 minutes. Cool on the baking tray. Enjoy!
