Ingredients

  1. 1mango (puree)
  2. 3 tbspsugar
  3. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  4. 1/2 tspblack salt
  5. 1 tspmelted ghee
  6. 1large plate

Cooking Instructions

    In mixture jar add mango pulp, sugar, salt and black pepper powder.

    Grind it well so all ingredients cooperated well.

    Transfer the mixture in a kadhai and cook on medium flame until thickens well.

  4. 4

    Take a large steel plate (if possible choose rectangular or square one) grease it with melted ghee.

  5. 5

    Pour mango puree in greased plate. Spread it with a greased knife. Spread it evenly into a thin layer.

    Sundry it until it turns translucent. Scrap sides, cut into desired shape and peel gently. Store it in a air tight container.
