Steps

Mix mutton,garlic,red chilli,salt,onion,tomatoes and ginger.

Pour 1 glass of water.

Cook it 15-20mins in a pressure cooker.

Put the mixture in karahi now add Jullian cut ginger into the mixture and start cooking it.

Add butter then add green and red chillies.

Add desi ghee.Then add yougurt.

Cook it until the meat become tender.

Add black pepper and coriander powder and mix it well.

In last add oil and sprinkle coriander leaves and ginger for presentation.

Now it's ready to serve.
