Ingredients

  • 2brinjals cut in small pieces
  • 8okra pieces
  • Garlic and ginger paste
  • 1little mixed spice
  • 1onion chopped
  • 3tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2tspn cinnamon powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 TBSoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onions till translucent

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes, garlic, ginger paste, cinnamon, spice and salt, stir and let them cook for 3 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the cut vegetables, stir and let cook till well cooked

  4. 4

    Adjust salt and remove from heat
