Ingredients

150 gsourdough discard
100 gplain flour
1 tbspcoconut oil
80 mlmilk

Steps

Mix sourdough discard, flour, coconut oil and milk.

Spoon into hot pan and spread with the back of the spoon.

Cook for 3-4 minutes then turn and repeat on the other side.

Alternatively, add garlic, paprika, pepper, or herbs for extra flavour just before cooking.
