Half boiled the rice, strain water & keep it aside. Marinate the chicken with turmeric & salt 1/2 an hour.

Heat a pan add oil put onion dice, saute till it becomes golden brown.

Add marinated chicken saute till it becomes dry. Add ginger garlic paste saute to cook nicely.

Add whole garam masala mix it well. Add whipped curd mix it well & cooked till the oil left on the edge of the wok.

Add half of keora water& biryani masala mix it well & cook for another mint.

Now Layard the biryani. Take a heavy bottom wok layered rice, then chicken and repeat the same process, likewise layered all, than add keora water, rose water, biryani masala & a spoonful of ghee & 2 tbsp saffron milk. Cover a plate & on the side close with roti dough. Now cook it on low flame 30 mints.

Dum chicken biryani is ready serve with cucumber.
