  1. 1 bowlBoiled Peanuts
  2. 2 tbspBoiled Peas
  3. 2 tbspchopped Raw Mango
  4. 2 tbspchopped Ripe Mango
  5. 2 tbspchopped Cucumber
  6. 1green chilli finely chopped optional
  7. 2 tbspPomegranate Arils
  8. as neededChopped Coriander leavea
  9. 1/2 tspChaat Masala
  10. As neededRed Chilli Powder
  11. 2 pinchBlack Pepper Powder
  12. as neededLemon Juice

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    The only cooking part here is to pressure cook the raw peanuts for 1-2 whistle with added salt. Keep aside to cool.

  2. 2

    Take a bowl and add all the ingredients mentioned. Squeeze in the lemon juice and spices powders. Give it quick stir and you're ready to serve.

  3. 3

    All the proportions of spices and vegetables and fruits purely depends on your availability and preference.
