Steps

Boil 1 litr milk in heavy bottom pan.

Add milk powder in 1/3 cup. Mix well.

Add milk powder mixture in boiling milk.

Cook the milk until it reduces half in volume.

Make mango puree by adding sugar in it.

Cool the milk for atleast 30 mins.

Then add mango puree into milk. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into kulfi mould.

Put the kulfi in freezer for 8 hours or overnight.

After that serve
