The oil that has been used in this recipe can be re used whenever you do some cooking or frying. Hence this dish can even cost u less than 260. Tou bas bachat bhi aur mazay bhi 😋❤

Burger bans 4 wala packet it of 50 rs so i uses 2 bun so 25rs.
Oil 1 cup 55rs coz wo bad me re use bhi hoskta hai
Miscellaneous items like sauces spices 10 rs
Total 260rs.
Baqi maida aur cornflour 2 tbsp use kiya tou uska main laga nai saki andaza

Chicken boneless pieces 250g or cut fleshy part of chicken bones
1 tspGinger garlic paste
1/2 tbspSoy sauce
1/2 tspSoy sauce
1 tbspCornflour
1 tbspPatent flour
1/2Egg
1/2 tspRed chilli flakes
1/2 tspBlack pepper
1/4 tspSalt
Coating :-
1 tbspPatent flour
1 tbspCornflour
1/4 tspRed chilli powder
Oil for deep frying
Assembling :-
2Burger buns
2 tbspMayonnaise
Cheese slice 2
1 tbspKetchup

Steps

30 minutes

Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients mentioned.

Prick the chicken with fork so that all the spices get absorbed in the chicken

Set aside for 30 minutes or 2 hours maximum.

Coat the chicken pieces in coating mixture.

Deep fry in hot oil until golden

Lay on an absorbent paper when done

Take a bun, put mayonnaise on it then chicken piece then some ketchup, cheese slice and place the bun on top

Serve with fries and broast. Enjoy ❤
