Palak Seekh Kebabs are one of the favourite appetizers all over the india. It us very healthy and one of delicious recipe. This easy to make dish is most commonly served with tamarind chutney or tomato ketchup.
Steps

First chopped the palak and boil it. Put in the bowl after filter it. Now add chena and grated boil potato.

Now add jeera powder, red chili powder, ginger paste,, chaat masala,salt as taste, kasuri methi and cornflower. Mix it well.

Now Take some water in a bowl, dip your hands in it and take 2 tbsp of palak mixture. Shape it around the icecream stick and roll it suji for al side.

Now flatten it for even and quick cooking.. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a nonstick pan. Place the kababs and cook on low flame for 10 minutes on each sides.

Palak Seekh Kabab is reddy.Serve hot with tamato sauce
