In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds and saute for a minute. Now add all dry spices powder in it and mix well. Now add mashed aalu mix well and saute for few minutes on low heat.

Cool down this mixture completely and make small tikkis out of it. Keep aside.

Grease idli molds and pour 1 tbsp idli batter in it now put one tikki in center. Pour 1 tbsp idli batter over this tikki.

Place this mold in idli cooker and cook for 10- 15 minutes.

Stuffed idli is ready to serve. Serve hot with chutney.
