Serves 8 servings
  • 4 slicesbeef liver
  • 4beef steaks
  • 3 cupspotatoes (about 750 grams)
  • 1large onion
  • 1red bell pepper
  • Salt, crushed red pepper, black pepper, oregano, and sunflower oil

Steps

    In a pan with just enough sunflower oil to prevent sticking, arrange the potatoes cut into thick slices. Keep the heat on low. Season with crushed red pepper, black pepper, oregano, and salt. Add the red bell pepper cut into strips and the onion sliced into rings.

    Add the beef liver and beef steaks. The flavors will blend, giving variety for anyone who prefers one meat over the other. Season again with salt, crushed red pepper, black pepper, and oregano. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
