Mix refined oil and salt in the all-purpose flour and let the dough rest for half and hour.

Grate onions, carrot, cabbage and ginger and mix oil and salt in it and squeeze the water out completely.

Make small balls out of the dough and roll them and stuff the stuffing of the veggies and give them a shape.

Put it on steamer for 45 mins.

Serve them hot with sauces of your choice.
