Heat dalda in a saucepan and fry the chopped onions till it becomes golden brown then take it out and keep it aside.

Then add the green cardamom and black cardamom and cinnamon and bay leaves...then add the rice and cook for some time then add the water and salt and cover the lid and let it cook.

When the water gets evaporated lower down the flame and let it cook.

When the rice becomes soft add the milk and saffron colour mixed in water and decorate it with the fried onions.

Tasty pulao is ready to serve with chicken, paneer etc.
