Kabuli Pulao

This is a simple recipe with lots of flavour and it's for those who don’t prefer much spices.
I have used beef so we can come up with our budget.
Serve it with Raita and fries and trust me it gives so much taste and you can enjoy your weekend even in this pandemic situation.
Estimate value:
Beef : 125/-( 250gm)
Rice : 35 to 40/-
Raisins + carrot + onions : 50/-
Fries : 20/-
Raita : 35/-
Total : 270 rupees
