Soak washed green whole moong one bowl in water overnight,next day and get it sprouted leaving that day next day it's well sprouted. Then wash it again and boil for 10mins in water adding some salt.

In a pan when heated, add 1 table spoon oil of your choice (I use olive oil) then add some cumin seed and then add chopped onion and ginger-garlic, fry for some time then add chopped tomato and all the spices cook for 5mins. Then add the boiled sprouts and cook for another 10mins coverings it. At the end check if salt is ok and finally add chopped coriander.

The dish is ready to serve, if you are on diet try it alone as a meal with salad or you can have it in main course with rice or chapati.
