Put the ingredients together

Fry the onions until golden brown, add the garlic and ginger paste. Add the pilau masala and stir. Put the meat and cook

Once ready add the rice and mix. For rice water add 2 cups of boiled water for every cup of rice. Cover and let it simmer

Once ready serve with stew or kachumbari
