Finely chop onion, green chillies, coriander leaves and curry leaves put them into a big bowl and add salt, cumin powder, ajwain and mix well with hands and till all the onions are separated and starts leaving water.. Keep aside for 5-10 mins

Now add besan, soad and hot oil and mix, now add water little by little to make a thick batter.. The consistency should be thick, you should be albe to leave it in oil loke balls.. Keep aside for 10 mins

Meanwhile heat oil in a kadhai, now dorp the batter into oil and fry on low to medium heat till golden brown..

Serve it hot with tea or coffee
