    U wash ur beef meat vry well nd put it in a pot add ur garlic,ginger nd onions cook it vry well

  2. 2

    Wen is done u allow it to cool den pound it vry well

  3. 3

    Den u add ur oil,onion,scotch bonnet,curry,little salt nd maggi in a frying pan nd fry

  4. 4

    Den u add ur meat nd mix it up for lyk 30 mints
