Steps

Make Sheera. Add 3 cups of sugar in 6 cups of water amd cook until it becomes little thick

In a big bowl add dry mil powder, all purpose flour, semolina, butter eggs, baking soda and cream

Knead all ingredients properly untill smooth dough is formed

Let rest for 10 minutes

Make small balls of the dough and deep fry in banaspati ghee

Once balls become golden brown take it out and dip them in sheera for 30 minutes
