Ingredients

  • 8-9 piecesboiled kathal
  • 2 cupsteamed Rice
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2chopped onions
  • 3chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder turmeric powder Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp chopped Coriander leaf
  • 2 tbspmilk
  • 1 tspspring onion
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Deep fry the kathal.

    Heat a spiri with oil add ginger garlic paste

    Add Chopped onions and spring onion

    Now add all masala and tomato mix it nicely

    Add steam Rice and chopped Coriander leaves mix it add milk and cover it for 10 mins
