Put your ingredients together. Butter your slices of bread on both sides.

Toast on one side and turn; as the other side toasts, build your sandwich.

Cut eggs into chunks and mix with some mayonnaise.

Lay slices of eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers then boiled eggs, salt and black pepper on top.

Cover with the other slice and turn the bread for the other side to toast.
