Condensed Milk Bread, aka Sweet bread is out if this world. I made this bread and within 3 hrs it was all gone. Soft, fluffy and so yum. Let me quickly share my easy breezy recipe before, i change my mind.🤣🙏 Homemade bread are way much more delicious if you ask me. 😘😉

3 cupflour, 1 extra for kneading
Lukewarm water
3 tablespoonpowder milk
Honey in place of sugar
1 1/2 tablespoonyeast
Pinchsalt
1 cupcondensed milk
3 tablespoonmelted butter or Oil for dough

Steps

Pour water in a bowl, add yeast, and pour in honey...mix properly. And allow to rest for 5-7mins.

Sieve flour, add salt,and milk and melted butter, combine everything well..gradually pour in the yeast mixture...use your hand to mix till your dough gill it forms a nice but still firm dough....knead it and mould it into around ball and place in an oiled bowl...cover in a warm place and let it double in size for 60mins

After 60 mins, punch down and place on a floured surface, use you hand to knead it...stretch ug well and form into a round shape, find the centre and pour in the condensed milk inside it...and cover it well...place down on a well buttered and flour dusted baking tray...cover to rid for another 30mins

After 30mins, placd dough in the oven and bake for 25mins on moderate heat.. once it already, remove and place on a rack to cool off.. next slice it up and enjoy.

The bread soaks up the condensed milk and give it this yummy centre. Super delicious even the next day 😋😋😋☕🥛
