Ingredients

  • 1 packethakka noodle
  • 1 cupcooked rice
  • 2onion chopped
  • 3green chillies chopped
  • 2 tbsptomato ketchup
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • As neededSpring onions for garnishing

  1. 1

    Heat a saucepan add water, pinch of salt, little oil, bring to a boil then add the noodle and simmer for about 10 to 15 mins. Drain the water and keep the boiled noodle aside.

    Heat a pan add little oil, chopped onion, green chillies, quickly add the cooked rice, add soy sauce, ketchup, black pepper, salt followed by adding boiled noodle. Lastly add vinegar and give a quick mix. Serve hot with ketchup or chilli sauce.
