Soak kale chane for overnight.. Next day in a cooker add soaked chane.. Than add water hing salt and turmeric and give 4 whistle..

As whistle cools down don't strain the water of boiled chane keep as it is...

Now in a pan roast dessicated coconut till it turns brown...now add chopped garlic and green chillies mix well

Than add few curry leave.. Now add grated tomatoes red chilli powder coriander powder and mix it and let it get cook properly...

As coconut masala got cooked than add that in pressure cooker in which we have boiled kale chane.. Mix it add salt accordingly.. Add water if required

Now cover the lid of pressure cooker and give 2to3 whistle.. Later as whistle cools down open lid just mix kale chane now it ready...

Serve kale chane with coconut gravy..with rice or roti and enjoy 😊
