Wash the meat keep aside take a cookar heat oil add cumin seeds when it crackle then add all dry spices add onion Slice few minutes fry until becomes golden brown colour.

Add meat add gingar garlic paste mix well few minutes Cook until becomes smell goes away. Add all masala powders mix well with salt 3 minutes Cook add curd mix well. Cover the lid cook for few minutes. Low flames open the lid continuously stir ready to serve.
