First of all finely chop all vegetables, saute the vegatables in a pan with 1table spoon of ghee or olive oil or of your choice. adding vegetables this way makes parathas soft. Then add the vegatables to the flour and add all spices and salt to taste. Now knead the dough and cover it to rest for sometime.

Make parathas of your choice of size and thikness adding some oil or ghee, well thin parathas taste batter. Enjoy with curd or your choice of chuney or curry. We eat it with curd or our black chana with boiled potatoes Curry, the recipe of the curry I will post soon.
