Heat oil in a non stick pan and add shredded cabbage

Add sugar and cook with cabbage will give a good caramel taste

After few minutes add chopped garlic and shrimp and saute for few mimutes

Then add soya sauce,red chilli sauce,and stir on high flame and then add sliced onions and cook on high flame

Add salt, pepper powder,tomato sauce,boiled noodles,vinegar and mix properly

Add sliced capsicum and peanuts and quickly stir fry it

If you wish you can add sliced green chillies too

A quick delicious lunch meal which i make for my kids
