  • 2 cupsmaida
  • 1and 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tbspAlmond powder
  • 1 cupGhee
  • 1 tspCardamom powder

    In a bowl take maida, sugar, almond powder, ghee and mix them well.

  2. 2

    Knead like a dough then add cardamom powder.

  3. 3

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a tray place the cookie dough like small balls.

  4. 4

    Bake for 25-30 mins.
