It's a very easy and quick recipe that goes well with any chutney, sauce or curry. It requires very less ingredients and very healthy too.
Steps

Make a batter by mixing atta, sooji, rice flour. Cover and rest for 15 mintues.

Then add onion, green chilli, grated ginger, chopped coriander leaves, chopped curry leaves, salt, hing, add more water if required.

The batter should be little watery than normal dosa batter.

Heat a tawa, grease oil and make dosa.

For tomato onion chutney ::
In a pan add little oil, and fry chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped tomatoes and garlic. - 6
Cool and grind with little water and salt.

Give tadka with the ingredients mentioned and serve with dosa.
