My recipe is best during the dinner of fasting. It is tasty and keeps your tummy away from fried oily potatoes dish of fast and full your stomach.

Take a mixing bowl, add rajigra flour add salt, oil, cumin seeds and black pepper powder and mix well. Black pepper powder and cumin seeds are optional you can even avoid it.

Add water gradually and Knead the tight dough. Rest it for 5 to 10 mins.

Now Knead Dough well and roll out thick Bhakhri/roti/Chapatti.

Now take a clay roti pan(tavdi) let it get hot on stove. Then put a Bhakhri on it and cook it till it get light brown design both the side in low to medium flame.

After it get cook both side take it in serving plate and Grease with desi ghee. And serve with tea or curd or potato curry or aloo Suki bhaji etc with farali items.
