Ingredients

  • 4 cupsrice
  • 1/2 KGCHICKEN
  • 1 tspzeera
  • 7kaali mirch
  • 2bari elaichi
  • TEZ PATTA 1(MEDIUM SIZE)
  • chutti elaichi
  • ONION 1(MEDIUM SIZE)
  • 6 tspyogurt
  • 1/2 CUPOIL

Steps

  1. 1

    OIL mein chicken, onion aur saare masale daal kar bhoon lein phir usme 6 Spoon dahi daal kai mix kar lein aur thora sa bhoon lein phir usmai pani daal kai yakhni banalein.

    Phir usme 4 cups rice daal dein.

  3. 3

    Last mein biryani ka colour aur 2 drops kewra biryani kai uper daal dein.

  4. 4

    Mazedar si biryani tayyar..
