Boil the milk in low flame, separate the milai side of the pan everytime when malai comes on the top of the pan. Take some warm milk and soak some saffron in it.

After getting a desire consistency and malai add sugar, rose petals, saffron milk and cardamon powder to it.
- 3
Switch of the flame and add mango puree to it and mix it well.
Decorate with some nuts.
