Ingredients

5 minutes
  • 1 medium ripen mango
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour / maida
  • 2 t spoon corn flour
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • Sugar needed
  • Salt needed
  • Water
  • Oil for frying

  1. 1

    Cut the mango into cubes

    In a bowl add wheat flour, sugar, turmeric, salt cornflour mix well

    Add water and make it to batter.

    Dip the cubes in batter and deep fry it. Let it turn golden brown colour
