Place the sauce ingredients in a blender with 1/2 cup of cold water and blend until smooth.

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

Line the bottom of a cast iron pot with the carrot, then place the whole piece of pork on top.

Pour the sauce into the pot and cover with a lid.
- 5
Place in the oven and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 3 hours.

Use a fork to shred the meat and enjoy it in a burger.
