Sieve the dry ingredients.

Add curd, oil. Mix it well. Add little little milk and knead smooth Soft dough. Knead for 5 min.

Add oil and knead it again. Cut it into equal parts. Now flatten the dough ball on hand. Cut half cheese cube. Place it on flatten dough. Seal it completely. Place it on pancake pan. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning on it. Put it on low flame and cover it. Cook it for 10-15 min.

Open the cover and flip it. Cove it and cook for 10-15 min on low flame. Cheese bombs r ready.

Served with green chutney and schezwan Chutney. Enjoy with family
