Take a pressure cooker add chana and chana daal together and 1 tbsp tea leaves and Amla powder and salt mix and boil for 30 minutes.

Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil in high medium flame.

Add cumin,salt,chilli powder,Coriander powder,degi mirch,chat masala and chanamasala into the oil

Stir gradually then add tomato puree init.and pour this batter into boiled chanaand cook it for 10 min

After cooking add coriander.. your chana is ready.for bhatura——

Add 250 gms all-purpose flour into a bowl and 250gms wheat.1 bowl suji.

Add 1 bowl curd

Sugar and salt

Stir gradually and add water to the batter

Create a thick dough and leave it for 30 min in room temperature

Fry bhature in a pan... your crispy bhatura is ready.
