Dry roast the urad dal till nice aroma starts coming from it. Then cool it and grind into fine powder.It should not get over roasted or else ladoo will turn bitter taste.

Grind sugar into fine powder and add cardamom powder in it.

Mix urad dal powder, sugar powder, and melted ghee together. Combine them and make ladoo. If needed add little milk while combining the ladoo.
