Ingredients

  • 1 cupGreen peas
  • For grinding:
  • 1Onion
  • 6Cashew nut
  • 1/2 inchGinger
  • 6Garlic
  • 2Tomato
  • For frying:
  • 1 spoonJeera
  • Masalas:
  • 1/4 spoonTurmeric
  • 1 spoonRed chilli powder
  • 1 spoonCoriander powder
  • 1 spoonGaram masala
  • Oil. As per taste
  • Salt. As per taste
  • 1 spoonCream

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind tomato separately.grind Onion paste.

  2. 2

    Add oil and fry jeera in cooker.when it splitters add Onion paste fry nicely.Add salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Add tomato paste.put all masalas.when raw smell goes put Green peas and bring it to boil for 1 whistle.put Cream finally.serve hot with phulka.
