We regular make coriander chutney , but during mango season one should never miss to add mango.As adding mango will add more flavor to chutney. And we all like to have chutney or pickle during lunch or dinner along with roti sabji or dal rice.

Ingredients

  1. 200 gramfresh coriander leaves washed and chopped
  2. handfulmint leaves
  3. 1raw mango washed and roughly chopped
  4. 1/2 cuppeanuts
  5. 2-3green chilies
  6. 1 pinchasafoetida
  7. 1 teaspoondry roasted jeera(cumin) powder
  8. 1 tablespoonsugar
  9. to tasteBlack salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients in a mixer jar and grind to a smooth and fine consistency.

  2. 2

    Add in container. Adjust salt and sugar according to taste.

    Store it in refrigerator
