Mix milkmaid and milk together in a pan and boil it stirring continuously,reduce the flame and cook for 10 to 15 mins stirring continuously

Add the cornflour mixture and cook till it thickens. Off the flame and cool. When cooled add the mango puree mix it well and pour into a circular long tin or desired kulfi moulds and freeze it for 3 to 4 hours. Garnish with sliced pistachios
