Steps

Scramble the paneer. Heat oil and butter, add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies. Saute till golden brown. Add the spices.

Cover and cook till the oil separates. Now add paneer and give a gentle mix.

Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it with paranthas/roti/naans.
