Ingredients

  1. 4Alphonse Mangoes
  2. 2cardmom pods
  3. Few stands saffrom
  4. As required Sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the outer skin of mango and take out the pulp.Mash it nicely or grind it in a mixer.

  2. 2

    Grind the cardamom pods and put it into the pulp.

  3. 3

    Add sugar if required and few strands of saffron. Mix it well and serve with pooris or as dessert or snack.
