Ingredients

  • 1 cupmango pulp
  • 1 cupsuji
  • 1 cupsugar
  • Ghee for frying
  • Cardamom powder
  • Almond flakes
  • 1 pinchbacking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the suji,milk powder and mango pulp in a bowl add baking soda and make a dough...

    Make small ball's from the above dhough and deep fry them in ghee....

    Meanwhile make sugar syrup by mixing sugar and water,boil it till consistency...deep the fride mango jamuns in sugar syrup,rest them in sugar syrup for an hour...and serve hot..
