Steps

Take a big plate add gulabjamun mix.add little milk at a time and mix it well.make a semi thick dough.make a small size ball from the dough.

Take a kadhai add ghee in it.heat it.now add 5-6 ball at a time and fry it on slow flame till it becomes golden brown in colour.similarly fry all gulabjamun.

Now in a pan add sugar and water.boil it.add saffron strings and cardamom powder and boil it.now off the gas flame.add all fried gulabjamun in a sugar syrup at least 2-3 hours.

Now garnish with almond and pista.. quick and easy gulabjamun is ready to eat....
