Melt butter in nonstick pan on. Medium low.

Add sugar*, or Jam/jelly/ and or cinnamon to the pan and mix with the melted butter.

Put tortilla in the pan making sure to get it covered in the butter mixture and flip the tortilla in the pan so the other side can go into mixture.

Cook for 2- 3 minutes, or until bottom looks slightly crispy. Tortilla may begin to puff, puncture bubbles if you want with a fork.

Flip tortilla, so crispy/ cooked side is up. And cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off the stove.. let cool for 1 minute and enjoy.

Maybe enjoyed with ice cream, or any other topping you please.
