Ingredients

2eggs
3 1/2 tablespoonsskim milk (50 ml)
1 cupold-fashioned oats (100 grams)
2 tablespoonsunsweetened cocoa powder
1 cupunsweetened shredded coconut (100 grams)
1/4 cuppowdered stevia (50 grams)
2 tablespoonsbaking powder
Dark chocolate chips

Steps

Blend all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) in a blender for 2 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pour the batter into muffin liners or a muffin pan, sprinkle the chocolate chips on top, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Enjoy with a good cup of coffee!
