Take a heavy bottom kadai heat the oil for 5 min..

Cut the Potato in small pieces wash it with running water and dip in the water for 5 min.

When heat the oil take small portion of cut potato and deep fry it.repeat the process And fry all the Potatoes..Then put jeera in oil all the spices and green chilli in it. Mix it well.

At last add kasuri methi in the fry Potatoes mix it well cover the lid for 5 min off the flame..ready your Aloo methi searve hot with chapati and Raita..
