Add saffron to milk and set aside.
In a bowl add the hung curd and sugar and mix well. Strain it thru a sieve to get the smooth finish. Add in the dry fruits, cardamom powder, saffron milk and nuts. Mix well and garnish with pistachios and trutti frutti.
Rajbhog shrikhand is ready. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before serving. - 2
